MY STORY...
Hi, I am Jen.
A very warm welcome to the all about me section… (the only time it will be about me, as all my services are designed to be all about YOU and how to make you feel fabulous), but until then here’s a little Jen blurb for you….
I am a qualified Personal Stylist and Colour Expert, trained with The London Colour of Style, one of the leading and most prestigious fashion education institutions. I was awarded a Distinction in both qualifications.
I love fashion and always have. Not because I am a fashionista and have to remain on trend at all times, but because of the power that wearing clothes that you love, can give you. I spent a decade in my 30s wearing large black bin liners... not literally, that might have been a strong fashion statement in itself, but because I wanted to fade into the background. I didn’t recognise my body after having children, I didn’t feel remotely confident, and I felt I had completely lost all sense of identity. Cue a group of ‘superfriends’ to the rescue. They gave me the gift of confidence, of finding myself again and the snowball effect on my life, has been enormous. They brought me a session with a personal stylist.

I was reminded how clothes have the immense power to celebrate what makes you unique and to allow you to stand tall in your own shoes... at 5ft 3, this is particularly important to me! I could not have been more grateful. Little did I know how much it would impact my career path.
Drama has been my passion since I can remember. I found it enormously liberating to lose myself in someone else’s Jimmy Choos.
I have now been teaching drama for over 18 years, and I can confidently say that it possesses a transformative power similar to that of fashion. For me drama is far more than a just performance on stage and clothes are far more than just fashion; both are about embracing individuality and allowing your true self to shine.
So, here I am, Mum of two… three if you count our four-legged friend, wondering if I can help you to access your inner confidence that might have lost its sparkle. I feel that I have a unique standpoint. I see how fashion and drama can be aligned to give the most important gift of all, that of confidence.
I feel truly impassioned to sprinkle some of that glitter dust on all I can. I want to help you find a love of clothes and show you how powerful it can be to wear what you love. You have one life after all, you should be the leading role in it.
