Terms and Conditions for Dress with Drama Styling by Jen

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Discount Offer
From August 5, 2025, to November 12, 2025, we are offering a 15% discount on all our personal styling services as part of our new website launch. This discount is valid only during the specified period and excludes gift cards.

2. Usage of Discount

  • The 15% discount can only be redeemed once per customer.

  • The discount code or offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

  • The discount must be applied at the time of booking or payment.

3. Eligibility
The discount is available to all customers who register or make a booking during the Discount Period. Each customer is only eligible to use the discount once.

4. Bookings, Deposits and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be booked online.

  • Payments must be made in full before the service is rendered or as specified at the time of booking.

  • There is a 50% non-refundable booking fee to be paid for online which is required to secure your date and time. The remaining 50% of your styling session cost will be due on the day of your service and is to be paid via card/BACS.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund procedures are outlined below and are subject to change. Customers are encouraged to review these policies before confirming bookings.

  • Please note all booking fees are non-refundable, unless in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment.

  • If you need to change your appointment, we will require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your styling session date or you do not show up for your session your deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a new appointment date.

6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except where such damages are caused by our negligence or willfull misconduct.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
